MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the training and development projects for nearly 600 office employees of Con Cung.
Training & Development:
Identify and assess current and future capability needs; design both overall and individualized development plans that address employee growth, organizational expectations, and customer experience.
Proactively research and implement the latest L&D trends to ensure modern and engaging training programs.
Source and leverage learning resources effectively to support continuous development across the organization.
Partner with external partners to design diverse, practical, and highly applicable programs.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through measurable outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the company's L&D policy, annual training plan, roadmap, and budget.
Talent Review & Succession Planning:
Design and implement Talent Review frameworks (to identify key roles and successors)
Lead the succession planning process in alignment with career development paths and organizational needs.
Propose and facilitate tailored development programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.
Other HR & Organisational Development needs:
Take ownership of HR and OD initiatives as assigned by the HR Director, contributing to long-term people and culture strategies.

3-5 years of experience in Training & HR Development within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully designing and deploying impactful training programs.
Innovative, creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of L&D trends, best practices, and tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Skilled in writing, reporting, and developing frameworks.
Energetic, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for people development and continuous learning.
Fluent in English
