Manage HRBP initiatives, talent acquisition, learning & development, and talent management.
Oversee performance management, compensation &
benefits (C&B), and employee relations.
Partner with
business leaders to provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement and experience.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and workforce effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role or equivalent Human Resources Generalist position.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and core HR functions, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation &
benefits (C&B), and employee relations.
Good communication skills in English.
