1. Recruitment Support
· Support recruitment activities, especially staffing and full-service projects.
· Job Analysis Support: Analyze job requirements for client-recommended positions. Help create detailed job descriptions and candidate personas.
· Candidate Selection: Support the selection process by screening CVs, assessing online tests or other methods based on project requirements, scheduling interviews, and preparing shortlists.
· Casting Preparation: Support organizing casting sessions, sharing preparation tips before casting, and ensuring candidates show up for casting.
· Offer & Negotiation: Support in preparing job offer discussions and finalizing job offer terms.
· Coordinating with the Full Service/Staffing team to delivery recruitment on time and support candidate follow-up and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing Support
· Support the team in developing sourcing strategies, identifying suitable recruitment channels, and preparing engaging job posts.
· Support job postings across multiple platforms to ensure strong candidate reach.
· Develop and nurture relationships with talent pools.
· Coordinate with external partners (headhunters, freelancers) when required.
3. Other Tasks
· Support other tasks asigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
· 6 months experience in recruitment, HR, or related roles.
· Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing channels is a plus.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through mindset.
· Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
