Job Responsibilities:
1. HR policy implementation and business support
2. Recruitment and pipeline building
- Lead/assist in omni-channel recruitment (social recruitment, school recruitment, and internal job transfer) to accurately match business talent requirements.
- Optimize the recruitment strategy, establish the talent reserve for key positions, and build a high-quality and diversified team.
Participate in core talent development plans and enable managers and expert teams to grow.
3. Employee care and culture building
- Build a bridge of communication between employees, focus on workplace experience, and create a positive team atmosphere.
- Promote the implementation of corporate culture and work with managers to build a high-performance and cohesive team.
