• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and factory positions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding activities.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
• Process payroll data and administer attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Handle social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and PIT matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, and training programs.
• Support performance management, KPI implementation, and salary review processes.
• Assist in HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
• Experience in payroll administration and recruitment.
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
