Admin:
Distribute stationery/PPE/Uniforms
Check stationery/PPE/Uniforms and plan to plan to buy when needed.
Check the amount of medicine dispensed and keep records.
Order meal daily.
Ensure food storage samples comply with regulations.
Check hygiene and update daily hygiene check canteen and toilet.
Taking care of employee mental health in the office: tea, water, coffee, candy, tea break if there are customers or events.
Check the work of the security guard/factory security.
HR:
Deliver full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, interviewing.
Perform mass recruitment in the different levels: workers; temporary.
Update staff Job description/Organizational chart.
Conduct new staff orientation on organization, and internal labor rules.
Make sure that staff data/information and dossier filing system (excel) are updated in an accurate, confidential and timely manner.
Onboarding for newcomers (workers only)
Time keeping daily.
Update and check leave.
Check the employee's tax code; Register your dependent's tax code.
Training newcomer: company regulations/Compliance and policies.
Follow up labor contract, notify the expiration of Labor contract.
Following staff hiring and resignation process
HSE-Compliance:
Monitor, update and store data on waste, office electricity and water.
Update and follow MSDS.
Check internal operations at factories and offices to ensure compliance with Labor Law and customer standards (labor safety; labor hygiene; working hours; 5S...)
Periodic health check activities, fire drills/ Health check, fire drills
Work related to fire prevention/Fight fighting.
Collaborate with other departments to take improvement actions according to customer standards/labor laws and compliance requests by Manager.
Following training plan annual
Take action to improve compliance with management requirements.
Data records:
Documents are kept according to company regulations and complaince
Other tasks requests by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree
Have at least 2 years of experience in HR with strong knowledge and experience in business administration.
Good knowledge and understanding of Labor Code and HR-related law and Labor market.
Have experience in preparing documents and on site when auditing and evaluating manufacturing.
Language: English communication
Microsoft office: Good at Excel; Word; Outlook.
Hardworking, honest, proactive, devoted, careful.
Salay: Negotiate
Transportation: Self-sufficient
