Job Purpose
The HR Supervisor - C&B is responsible for managing payroll, taxation, insurance, and compensation & benefits operations, ensuring full compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations while delivering accurate, timely, and service-oriented HR support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll, Tax & Insurance Management
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for local and expatriate employees
• Calculate and manage Personal Income Tax (PIT); prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual PIT declarations and reports
• Handle social insurance, health insurance, and trade union contributions on a monthly basis
• Manage employee insurance programs, support claims, and prepare monthly reports
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate submission to Accounting
2. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
• Prepare and manage labor contracts, expatriate agreements, termination documents, and related C&B documentation
• Administer employee welfare and maintain proper documentation records
• Consolidate performance appraisal data and support HR analysis twice per year
• Prepare expatriate-related documents (salary/bonus decisions, policies, payroll, employment confirmations, etc.)
• Prepare HR operational reports (overtime, leave balance, leave budget tracking)
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems accurately
• Monitor and forecast C&B budgets
3. Compliance, Audit & Authority Liaison
• Prepare statutory reports (half-yearly/yearly): labor reports, insurance, OSH, foreign labor, salary & bonus, pre/post-Tet reports
• Support internal audits, external audits (e.g., KPMG), and PDP compliance
• Ensure all C&B processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
• Update HR policies in line with legal changes
• Liaise with authorities and support inspections when required
• Prepare disciplinary documentation in accordance with labor law
4. Reporting, Documentation & System Control
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and C&B documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and control within HR systems
• Provide regular reports to Legal and Accounting teams
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to C&B processes
5. Employee Services & Company Support
• Support company events, engagement activities, and internal programs
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and store support activities
• Handle employee requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other HR duties as assigned
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Certifications in Total Rewards, C&B, or HR Analytics are an advantage
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B / payroll / insurance
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in MNCs, retail, or service-oriented organizations is preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll, PIT, insurance, and labor compliance
Skills & Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, insurance, and statutory reporting
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with HR software systems
• Good English communication skills (working with expatriates and auditors)
