Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Supervisor/Manager (Manufacturing, ID21345, 950USD):
Manage full HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Oversee payroll, attendance, compensation & benefits, and employee welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, tax, and related regulations.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Develop recruitment plans and ensure timely hiring for all departments.
Lead, train, and supervise HR team members.
Manage HR reporting and provide regular updates to management.
Support administrative operations and control related costs.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, under 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Supervisor/Manager role, preferably in manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, social insurance, and C&B.
Proven experience in team management and HR process building.
Good command of English or Korean.
