Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Supervisor (Trading, English & Chinese Speaking, $2100, ID 16359):
In order to ensure prompt fulfillment of recruiting demands, thoroughly manage the hiring process, including demand gathering, resume screening, interview scheduling, applicant evaluation, and offer notification.
Compute staff salaries and incentive bonuses accurately each month to guarantee on-time payment and adherence to corporate regulations.
Manage labor contracts, assist with social insurance contributions, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Oversee the branch's workforce, carry out monthly performance reviews, and finish other duties as delegated by the leadership.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a foreign-invested trading company
Proficient in computer especially excel
Good at English & Chinese
