Support to set up and improve on HR policies and procedures including recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training and development and communication to achieve overall Company's objectives.
Ensure consistencies of HR practices are in place
Build a yearly HR Strategic Plan to achieve the company's objectives in training, employer branding, retention, OD, activities, culture building, community and sustainability initiatives.
Evaluate and strategize the most effective means of recruitment.
Conduct Orientation/On-boarding programs for new hires
Maintain update information in human resources database
Firm understanding and experience in C&B that include but not limited to payroll, social health and unemployment insurance, PIT, other compensation and benefits, severance and allowance
Strong background and understand of Vietnamese labour laws
Provide suggestion for all staff complaint, labour disputes and job-related problem
Build up the good relationship with staff and facilitate communication between management team and staff
Maintain a good relationship with Government organization for the effective works
Take care of Mua shared services, restaurant and brewery.
Take care of legal works, licenses, permits etc.
Perform other duties assigned by CEO from time to time .
