1. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Team Leader. The
successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the HR functions, including
recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. This position offers growth opportunities,
with the potential for promotion to a higher-level role in the future.
2. Responsibilities:
(1) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified
candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and employer branding.
(2) Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations and ensure equitable compensation practices.
(3) Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conducting investigations
when necessary.
- Oversee performance management processes and contribute to the development of employee
engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
(4) HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.
(5) Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and guide HR team members.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Contribute to the overall strategic goals of the HR department.
(6) Perform other tasks as assigned by the GA Department Manager or higher-level management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee
relations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
