Mô tả công việc
o Supporting in the daily administrative duties of the HR department which includes but not limited to; assisting to colleagues or external parties' requests via emails and telephone calls, assist all candidates with application procedures, assisting management in screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Maintaining proper filing systems for all documentation (e.g. colleagues personnel profiling) within the department. Ensures strict confidentiality and security of colleague and property records, files, and information.
o Ensures that working area is kept organized and clean at all times.
o Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms to ensure sufficient supplies for optimal operation of daily work.
