Job summary:
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also serving as a strategic partner to support and drive business objectives through effective HR practices.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessments, extending job offers and facilitating the hiring process.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Administer onboarding procedures, including collecting all legal personal documents and certificates or reference checks.
· Develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies to attract top talent, utilizing online channels, social media, and networking events.
· Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on various people-related initiatives.
· Control the headcounts, checking, and ensure the personnel requirements are in headcount budget.
· Make recommendations on HR matters for legal, procedural, and documentary compliance and fair employee treatments.
· Conduct exit interviews of resigning staffs, identify reasons for staff turnover.
· Support HRBP Manager in TA report, HRBP report.
