1. 制定人力资源规划,完善人力资源管理体系和制度;
Responsible for making human resource plan, establish and improve human resource management system and regulations.
2. 结合公司年度预算情况,完成年度人力基本成本编制并实施监督,完善招聘渠道管理,完成各部门全职/兼职/实习人员招聘;
Based on the company's annual budget, responsible for completing and supervising the annual human resource basic cost, improving the recruitment channel management, and the recruitment of full-time/part-time/internship personnel with various departments and functions.
3. 完成年度公司培训计划编制并进行实施审核,组织公司级培训,并完成日常培训管理工作,完善公司整体培训体系;
Complete and review annual company training plan, organize company-level training, complete daily training management work, and improve the company's overall employee training system.
4. 制定各部门年度绩效考核方案及预算,组织、制定并完成年度绩效考评相关工作,并实施监督;
Responsible for making annual performance appraisal plan and budgets for each department. Organizing, formulating and completing annual performance appraisal related work.
5. 完成员工日常/年度薪酬及奖金编制及发放(包括年终奖发放及年度调薪工作),完成个税及社保计算和缴纳;
Complete the preparation and distribution of employees' daily/annual salaries and bonuses (including annual bonus distribution and annual salary adjustment), and complete personal tax and social security calculation and payment;
6. 员工档案管理及人力资源EHR系统管理,劳动合同、各项人员异动手续及考勤管理;
Employee documents management and Electrical Human Resources system (EHR system) management, labor contracts, various personnel transfer procedures and attendance management.
7. 建立中越团队之间的有效沟通渠道,创造信任和开放的组织氛围;
Establish effective communication channels between Chinese and Vietnamese teams, create a trustful and open atmosphere.

1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源/管理/社会学/心理学等相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources / management / sociology/psychology etc.
2. 3-5年人事基础相关工作经验。
3-5 years of relevant HR working experience.
3. 熟悉国家及当地相关劳动法律、法规和政策。
Familiar with national and local labor laws, regulations and policies.
4. 具备出色的组织协调能力、人际沟通能力、规划与计划能力、问题分析和解决能力,抗压性强,有良好的团队合作意识。
Excellent organization and coordination skills, communication skills, planning skills, problem analysis and solving skills, with strong stress-resistance, and good teamwork awareness.
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源/管理/社会学/心理学等相关专业。
