Mô tả công việc
• Continuously update and maintain organizational charts within Workday to accurately reflect team structures across departments, segments, regions.
• Conduct regular audits of the HRIS system to ensure its maintenance and data integrity.
• Partner with HR, Technical, Finance, and Data Analysis teams to deliver guidance, troubleshoot issues, and explore opportunities for integrating new data into Workday to enhance business compatibility.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to enable stakeholders to access necessary data efficiently.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Yêu cầu
• University degree.
• English proficiency at a CEFR level of B2.
• A minimum of two years' experience in managing HRIS or HR Data Analysis.
• A solid understanding of HR practices (Talent Acquisition/C&B/L&OD/Talent Management).
• Demonstrated logical thinking with the ability to work autonomously.
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in flowchart creation tools.
• Fundamental understanding of database concepts.
