HSE Assistant

• Control all health, safety & environment activities for the site in compliance with Laws and Regulations
• Ensure safety of machines and equipment, timely declaration for equipment with strict safety requirement and periodic inspection as required.
• Ensure fire-fighting equipment put in place and functional at any time
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
• Investigate and report the accident/incident/near-miss situations. Control risk assessment to prevent incidents.
• Conduct related trainings to health, safety & environment perspectives
• Daily checking, coordinating, and handling the issues on HSE from all the sections including monitoring visitors and subcontractors
• Monitor the operation of wastewater treatment system, water supply and drainage system of the whole plant
• Implement and update HSE instructions, polices, and procedures appropriate with current situation.
• Ensure 6S, visual management, and find opportunities for improvement.
• Other tasks as assigned by upper leaders
