- Conduct HSE&S legal compliance analysis regularly and report any short-coming to management including but not limit the chemical license processing, update and close the GAP of new regulation.
- Carry out HSE&S daily/monthly inspection/audit/Gemba
- Support conducting HSE&S related trainings.
- Support Line Managers to ensure HSE&S and Corporate HSE&S SAQ are in
complying with Ministry of Manpower regulations, AkzoNobel and International
- Carry out management waste to comply legal, environment inspection, occupation environment inspection and ensure adequate reporting and communication to local authorities in compliance with local regulations
- Work independently with precision, carefully, honestly and teamwork.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues
- Good skills to work with Governments officers
- Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and able to work under-pressure
- Good English communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- At least 2-year experience in HSE job in manufacturing site.
