Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate with clients and sub-contractors to prepare proposals on OHS consulting and training services.
• Carry out Project management for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) including:
- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective;
- Supporting and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours budgets, and expenditures;
- Facilitate Project meetings and take meeting minutes. Follow up on actions and decisions from project meetings;
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings;
- Ensuring project quality and timeliness are met;
- Providing administrative support as needed;
- Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
• Contribute to the development and operation of the HSE service team.
• Other duties assigned by the HSE Services Manager.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science/Technique,
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HSE Management
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese both speaking and writing;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under high pressure;
• Have a sense of ownership and responsive when doing the work;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
