HSE Officer

Position Summary:
Ensure that all company operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations on a daily basis to ensure all employees follow local and corporate safety regulations;
• Cooperate with relevant departments to improve the work environment is in safe condition;
• Handle and investigate occupational incidents or hazards;
• Prepare risk assessment reports and propose improvement solutions;
• Maintain and enforce safety requirements for new machinery and equipment, processes, and materials;
• Identify potential risks, cooperate with medical staff, to figure out the solution to improve employee's health;
• Manage PPE delivery and usage efficiency.
• Conduct regular training on occupational safety and fire prevention.
• Build and develop a sustainable HSE management system.
