Mô tả công việc
1. Oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the entire plant, including establishing procedures, conducting risk assessments, performing site inspections, providing training and guidance, and implementing emergency response and safety solutions.
2. Manage fire safety and prevention, including organizing fire safety training, conducting activities to raise health and safety awareness, maintaining 5S standards across production areas, and implementing fire prevention and control measures within the plant.
3. Perform other duties as required.
Yêu cầu
• Solid knowledge of regulations regarding occupational health and safety, fire prevention and control, and environmental protection.
• Ability to observe and analyze issues effectively, and to make decisions to halt work if there are signs of potential workplace accidents, environmental pollution, security breaches, or fire and explosion hazards.
• Ability to clearly communicate safety regulations and provide guidance on corrective actions to various departments and workers.
• At least 5 years of experience in an occupational safety supervisory or quality management role.
• Vocational college diploma or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Good English proficiency.
