Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource & Admin Executive (ID19935, 600USD):
Human Resources (HR)
Support recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR database
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll processing
Handle social insurance and labor compliance procedures
Process work permits, visas, and residence cards for foreign employees
Liaise with government authorities on labor-related matters
Administration (Admin)
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services with cost control
Coordinate and manage vendors and service contracts
Oversee internal documentation and administrative processes
Support meetings (documentation, coordination, minutes)
Provide translation and interpretation when required
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
Female, Age: Born in the 1990s or fresh graduates are welcome
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Foreign Languages, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in both HR & Admin roles within FDI companies
Open to fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources with strong English proficiency; training will be provided.
Solid knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and payroll processing
Experience handling work permits for foreign employees
Good understanding of office procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control
Familiar with internal documentation processes, facility management, and service contracts
Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
