Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
A. Training & development
In coordination with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute the effective onboarding sessions;
Support L&D team, ensure all requirements are met and the smooth running of courses;
Deliver and facilitate training where required;
Coordinate and develop suitable systems to provide accreditation for programs;
B. Performance Management
Assist in consolidating the employee data for Performance review cycles;
Deliver training workshop for all employees;
Build and update tracking system of implementation.
C. Engagement & Wellness Activities
Assist HR Manager to create and execute "Best place to work" strategy, nurture company cultures in alignment with company values;
Design and organize employee engagement & wellness events and ensure the activities are well-engaged employees;
Manage the employee event budgets.
D. HR Projects
Run HR Projects to create Great Employee Experience.
E. Others
Assist HR Manager to manage employer branding activities;
Other tasks/different roles assigned depending on company and business needs.
