Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the offer process.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking events, and online platforms.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and identify the ideal candidate profile.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Oversee new-hire onboarding, including preparation of materials, orientation sessions, and integration into company culture.
Manage employee offboarding procedures such as exit interviews, final documentation, and system access removal.
HR Administration & Employee Relations
Maintain HR records and personnel files, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Support and resolve routine employee relations issues, escalating complex matters to senior HR staff or leadership as needed.
Performance Management & Development
Assist in implementing performance review processes, tracking progress, and providing administrative support.
Coordinate training or development initiatives in collaboration with other HR team members or external vendors.
Collect feedback from employees to enhance performance management best practices.
Compensation & Benefits Support
Collaborate with HR leadership to administer benefits programs, enroll new hires, and address employee questions.
Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry (e.g., new hire data, terminations, role changes).
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure recruiting and HR activities comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, FLSA, FMLA).
Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, reflecting best practices and legislative changes.
HR Reporting & Metrics
Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and present insights to leadership.
Generate regular HR reports for headcount, turnover rates, and other relevant data to inform strategic decisions.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Work with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
Recommend process optimizations for recruiting, onboarding, and general HR workflows.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of combined experience in HR and/or talent acquisition (requirements may vary based on the seniority of the role).
Have experience working for a US company as a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
Knowledge & Compliance
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.).
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills for candidate outreach, employee interactions, and policy documentation.
Soft Skills
High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to building strong relationships across departments.
Flexible environment
Ability to work in a flexible environment with a focus on remote work in the PST timezone or a hybrid schedule combining offline work in VNT timezone and remote work in PST timezone.
