Mô tả công việc
1. General
- Participate in the implementation and management all HR/ Admin function such as Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Participate in the implementation and development of HR policies, programs and practices.
- Participate in the planning, development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies and organizational initiatives.
2. Admin Tasks
- Oversee general management of administrative work in the office.
- Managing stationery, office supplies, purchasing, expense claim.
- Facilitate Work Permit/ Temporary Residence Card application processes.
- Enhance internal and external activities to cultivate a positive cultural environment.
3. Recruiting
- Oversee recruitment by screening candidates' CVs and managing end-to-end recruitment procedures.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
4. Training and Development
- Assist in leading the training and development planning for Company's personnel to ensure competency and efficiency of workforce.
- Initiate and develop training programs and policy in order to effectively address employee's training needs as well as develop competent workforce for future business requirements.
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Actively participate in the implementation of payroll processes.
- Develop and improve C&B policies that attract and retain talent.
6. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working hours, and leave entitlements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
II. OTHER TASKS
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager & Management.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Education:
- University graduation in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 year-experience of the same position.
- Experience working in multi-national companies (MNCs) is preferred.
- Experience in the logistics industry (shipping line) and HR Consulting Firm are desirable.
Skills:
- Foreign language: Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken). Knowledge Korean is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
Education:
