We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviews.
Assist with onboarding and employee orientation.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
