Mô tả công việc

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including tracking labor contracts, drafting, renewing, and maintaining employee records.
Maintain and update HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Support employee relations activities, including promotion, transfer, disciplinary actions, and handling employee-related issues.
Collaborate in developing and improving HR policies and regulations aligned with company direction.
Provide consultation and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and internal procedures.
Prepare and analyze HR reports (e.g., headcount, employee turnover, HR costs) to support decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles.
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, good command of VN labor law. Knowledge on global employee management is a plus.
Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with both employees and stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Good command of English.
Prior experience in IT/technology companies is preferred.
Immediate availability is a plus.

Probation salary is 100% of official salary.
