We are seeking an HR Intern to assist with our recruitment and administrative efforts, playing a vital role in building our exceptional team. At 8seneca, we specialize in IT outsourcing, connecting top-tier

As an HR Intern, you will support our recruitment initiatives, helping us identify and attract the best talent to meet our ambitious growth plans. You'll work closely with our HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with 8seneca's mission of delivering innovative IT solutions and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Job Posting & Sourcing: Assist in writing and posting job descriptions, managing job listings on various platforms, and supporting the sourcing of candidates through social media, job boards.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, assist in screening candidates, and conduct preliminary phone interviews to ensure they meet the requirements for the roles.
Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interview schedules, including arranging in-person and virtual interviews for candidates with hiring managers.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing office supplies, maintaining files, and preparing documents for immigration business.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Can work full-time or near full-time in 6 months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Internship allowance: 3,000,000 VND/month.
