Download all CVs and save in CV pools
Welcome new Hosts at airport/harbor and at Resort (security gate on their 1st working date). Introducing new Hosts to necessary locations on the island.
Support HR department in working with relevant departments to check uniform for new arrival, prepare the welcome kits for new onboarding.
Coordinate training with all departmental trainers for every section and monitor operational training
Assist in maintaining and update all training records.
Assist Head of Training in preparing and locating training material for in-house courses.
Assist other tasks data input for month end report.
Support and participate in organizing the internal host activities and community activities
Design all posters, flyers, videos and other art work required by Manager.
Support on other admin tasks related to host profiles arrangement, roster, data input into Cadena... and perform other duties assigned by direct manager.
