ROLE OVERVIEW
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with and directly support the HR Lead / HRM across the entire end-to-end People function - including Recruitment, C&B, Employee Records, Compliance, and Engagement across Activewear, Nutrition, and Studio lines. This is a hands-on learning role offering real-world experience in a fast-growing wellness company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assist the HR Lead in sourcing, screening CVs, and posting job descriptions across hiring channels (Joboko, Joboko, LinkedIn, Olaben careers page).
Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and send interview outcome notifications.
Assist with the onboarding process: collecting onboarding documents, creating employee master files, registering system access, and tracking 30-day check-ins.
2. C&B & Timekeeping Operations
Perform weekly timekeeping and attendance checks; record daily leave requests and report absences/tardiness to line managers.
Assist the HR Lead and Chief Accountant with payroll preparation: gathering input data for gross-to-net calculations, OT, and allowances.
Assist in preparing statutory insurance (BHXH/BHYT/BHTN) registration dossiers and PIT dependent registration files.
3. HR Admin, Compliance & Culture
Maintain and update physical and digital employee records in compliance with the Vietnam Labour Code 2019 (contracts, ID card details, probation tracking).
Assist in preparing standard labor contracts (probation, LC1, LC2) and addenda under the HR Lead's guidance.
Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, company trips, and team events.
Handle general office support, equipment, and supplier coordination as assigned.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
No formal experience required, but a strong passion for developing a career in HR is preferred.
Good written and spoken English, fluent in Vietnamese.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable handling data.
Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and trustworthy with confidential employee data.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
