Human Resources Intern

Responsibility

• Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documents and guiding procedures
• Help update and maintain employee records and HR files
• Support internal engagement activities and events
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement

• Basic English communication
• Candidate to provide own laptop
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Careful, honest, and a strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player, proactive and organised

Qualification

Open to students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
