- Fully in charge of all processes for mandatory Vietnamese Insurances.
- Make sure information is submitted on a timely basis and accurate manner to protect employee as well as employer legal benefit.
30% HR Administrations
- Supervise and make sure the accuracy and timely manner of all new and updated Compensation & Benefit information in Human Resources Software.
- Prepare Probationary Agreement, Employment Agreement, Services Supply Agreement and Addendum to Employment Agreement for all local employees.
- Ensure high level of confidentiality towards employee personal information, employee compensation plan as well as company plan.
- Conduct Exit Interview on monthly basis. Maximize staff satisfaction with Human Resources services.
15% Filling and E-filling
- Fully responsible for Filing and E-filing of Human Resources.
5% Implementation of policies & procedures.
- Read and master the content and how to implement the policies & procedures.
- Give feedback to line manager on how to improve and adjust the policies & procedures if necessary. Responsible for implementing the company policies & procedures correctly.
10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company.
