1. HR Planning & Policy Development
Support strategic planning and project management for HR&GA functions.
Develop and manage HR policies/processes (performance evaluation, grading system, promotion, salary & bonus review).
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple locations.
Prepare reports to support productivity improvement and cost control.
3. HR System & Data Management
Manage and standardize HR data through centralized systems (e.g. AiHR).
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across locations.
4. Compliance & HR Governance
Support HR planning activities related to company rules, CLA, EES.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and audit requirements.
5. Others: Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Experience:
More than 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in an international work environment.
Experience in designing, revising, and operating HR systems (grading, evaluation, compensation).
3. Skills:
Proficient in English or Japanese.
Strong HR data handling and analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
A change-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement (As-Is/To-Be thinking).
Ability to view HR issues from a business and management perspective.
