What you will be doing:
• Developing and maintaining HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices
• Supporting FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection
• Supporting implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Supporting an effective working environment acting as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes
• Identifying issues or opportunities and developing recommendations for HR Management
• Participating in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and decision making.
• Supporting HR and Business initiatives driving change and transformation.
What do you bring with you:
• HR Degree / relevant local qualification
• Broad knowledge and experience in employee / labour relations
• Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization
• Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
• Good judgement and decision-making skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
