1. Responsible for the recruitment work in Vietnam, including job posting, resume screening, interview and employment process management, to ensure timely replenishment of personnel needs of various departments of the company.
2. Responsible for handling procedures such as employee transfer, maintaining employee files, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of personnel information.
3. Deeply understand the operational status and team dynamics of the business department, combine with the company's business strategy, promote the landing and implementation of human resource strategy in the business department, and promote the deep integration of human resources and business.
4. According to company policies and local laws and regulations, including salary accounting, welfare distribution, and social security and housing fund management, ensure that employees' salary and benefits are reasonably guaranteed.
5. Familiar with and comply with local labor laws and regulations in Vietnam to ensure the legality and compliance of the company's Human Resource Planning. At the same time, conduct risk identification and prevention to reduce potential labor disputes and legal risks.
