Conduct Training Needs Analysis to align programs with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver training to enhance employee skills and performance.
Source and manage external training vendors to ensure quality solutions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Support onboarding programs and initiatives to enhance employee retention.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
Organize events, activities, and recognition programs to enhance employee morale.
Prepare materials (posters) for events to ensure safety and clarity.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent.
Assist in compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR reporting, and policy implementation.
Requirement
Female: under 31 years old
Graduated from University in HR major.
Have 03 years of experience as HR in Global Companies.
Strong in training.
Fluent in English.
