Objectives of the Position: Supervise works at Site to ensure progress, quality, Safety and most importantly within budget.
Task and Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee construction activities and do daily report to ensure
compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety
regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure
timely delivery of materials and service.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure
accurate implementation of construct ion plans.
Conduct regular site inspect ions and quality control checks to identify and address
any construction/ installation defects or deviations from design requirements;
Perform and Manage project documentation following ISO 9001:2015 Standard and
progress reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance following
requirement by specify projects.
Follow up Site Manager's guidances and collaborate with other team members to develop and implement construct ion schedules, resource al location plans, and risk
management strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, staff and workers
team, and regulatory authorities to address project - related issues and ensure
stakeholder satisfaction;
Other additional and ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisors.
Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in Civil /
Electrical engineering /HVAC engineering discipline
Working Experience:
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the
environmental technology, construction, chemical , pharmaceutical or energy
related industries.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Knowledge of local and international codes, standards and regulations;
Learn, understand and use technical/engineering document and drawings;
Able to work with MS Projects;
