HVAC Estimator in Da NangMyteam Vietnam Company Limited

MyTeam is seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator with a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have the potential to take on they key responsibilities, including creating layouts, shop drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC systems in both residential and commercial buildings. This role offers an opportunity for growth within the company as we expand our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the general building industry.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate plan/specification and design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software.
- Drafting: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts and create detailed construction drawings.
Prepare detailed and precise drafts, layouts, and shop drawings for HVAC systems based on project specifications.
- BOQ Preparation: Create comprehensive BOQs for projects, ensuring all necessary materials and quantities are accounted for.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and align with project timelines.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet project requirements.
Ensure customer queries are actioned and resolved appropriately in a timely manner to avoid construction delays.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, estimates, and material lists.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
