JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist team with day-to-day secretarial management, e.g. meeting room, conference call arrangement, other daily basic tasks scheduled
Responsible for assisting answering queries and addressing system (CRM/IBS) and user issues in a timely and professional manner
Understanding and proactively maintaining daily system performance, having the ability to troubleshoot user problems
Instruct users on basic system and multi-functions related to ensure thorough interaction between user and CRM/IBS system
Maintain system information input-output and executing data cleansing/reconciliation process periodically
Review and doing necessary arrangement to update user security, e.g. adding or removing access rights re onboarding or leaving employees
Acting as a coordinator by assisting other team members to monitoring/involving testing process, data configuration, deployment or operation in any projects related to system enhancement, upgrades or changes
Other assignments from Management board

Excellent and proven organization skills
People management skills
A "can do" attitude
Good standard of education
Good knowledge of all MS Office/IT packages and management/financial information
Proven excellent secretarial support skills working for professional staff
Experience of managing others would be advantageous
