• Database Management & Performance: Administrate databases management systems, either MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. Monitoring system health and optimizing performance to prevent downtime.
• Security & Data Integrity: Implementing security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, maintaining data integrity, and Managing user permissions.
• Backup & Recovery: Execute database backup and recovery.
• Data Modeling & Design: Assisting in the design and structure of databases based on company needs.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to
developers and users for queries, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from source systems into the data warehouse, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Implement and optimize data warehouse architectures and indexing strategies for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver innovative solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and storage; with
business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues, implementing solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.

1. Qualification
• University Degree majored in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant.
2. Work Experience
• 4+ years working experience in Database Admin (DBMS and Non-DBMS) as: Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Have knowledge in programming languages such as Python with experience in SQL databases
• Minimum 02 years working experience on financial industry (working in banks or micro-finance companies is preferred
3. Knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with DBMS platforms (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of operating systems like Linux or Windows Server.
