Mô tả công việc
1/ ICT Infrastructure
• Overall responsibility for the school network infrastructure and systems, Service Desk support operations and general campus ICT provision (hardware and software)
• Ensure the network, systems are secured, operated and fully optimised during access hours.
• Implement and maintain appropriate back up protocols including a disaster recovery plan
• Responsibility for setting up security parameters and ensuring routine virus checks are in place on network systems and client computers
• Line management of the infrastructure team
• Ensure the preparation and maintenance of system and operational procedure documentation, technical manuals, and user guides.
• Manage the ICT installations and developments into the school.
• Responsibility for maintaining an accurate ICT inventory of hardware and software.
• Monitor the use of hardware and software and ensure all software is appropriately licensed.
Responsibility for a regular preventative maintenance programme, resolving failures in hardware and software and ensuring appropriate "housekeeping" tasks are implemented.
2/ ICT Service Desk
• Line management of the IT service desk team.
• Manage the performance of the ICT services and ensure the service levels agreement are achieved.
• Leading team to planning, implementing, maintenance and improving the ServiceDesk operations in whole school, such as: Preventative Maintenance, Health and Safety, Supporting users, IT training...
3/ General
• To work with the IT Manager in the preparation of quotations, purchase orders and estimates for repair, maintenance, and replacement of all ICT equipment.
• Supporting IT Manager to develop IT department strategic plan.
• Participate in relevant meetings as appropriate
• To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the Principal or Business Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent English speaker
• Ability to lead and work as part of an effective team
• Advanced working knowledge of VMWare VSphere 6 virtual infrastructure set up and administration.
• Experience of Microsoft SharePoint Online, IIS6/7, Ubuntu Web Server and Microsoft Azure preferred.
• 5 years of infrastructure management experience and 2 years project management.
• At least have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least have certification of Network, System courses (CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, VMWare, Linux, MS Azure..)
• Ability to lead and work as part of an effective team
