IE & CI Staff

* IE (Industrial Engineering):
- Time Studies: Measure and collect process CT, and establish the experience and making standard cycle time more correct.
- Share CT experience with IE Standard specialist.
- Process Analysis: Study and analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvement opportunities.
- Layout Design: Design and improve resource allocation of production line to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
- Collect and audit the reality of production data and information.
- Working hour deduct (including Manpower transfer) data maintain and update on ERP system.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data to uncover issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
* CI (Continuous Improvement):
- Improvement Project Management: Plan and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- LEAN Practices: Apply LEAN principles (such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and enhance production processes.
- Employee Training: Provide training to employees on continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies to foster a culture of improvement.
- Erformance Evaluation: Assess the performance of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies based on results.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement activities across the organization.
