IE/ SMV Manager

* Directly manage and oversee all operations of the IE/SMV Department./ Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của bộ phận IE/SMV
* Establish and maintain the SMV (Standard Minute Value) system for all product styles./ - Xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống SMV cho tất cả các mã hàng.
* Analyze and improve work methods to enhance productivity and manufacturing efficiency./ Phân tích, cải tiến phương pháp làm việc nhằm nâng cao năng suất và hiệu quả sản xuất.
* Collaborate with Production, Technical, and Planning departments to ensure effective execution of production plans./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật, Kế hoạch để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất được thực hiện hiệu quả.
Key Tasks Description:
SMV System Management
* Build and update the SMV database for all sewing operations./ Xây dựng và cập nhật database SMV cho các công đoạn may.
* Verify and approve SMVs before releasing styles to the production lines./ Kiểm tra, xác nhận SMV trước khi đưa vào sản xuất.
* Adjust SMVs accordingly when there are changes in methods, machinery, or equipment./ Điều chỉnh SMV khi có thay đổi về phương pháp hoặc thiết bị sản xuất.
Production Line Balancing:
* Analyze operations and optimize labor allocation to maximize line output./ Phân tích công đoạn, bố trí lao động hợp lý để tối ưu năng suất chuyền.
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks or imbalances within the sewing lines./ Phát hiện và xử lý các nút thắt, vướng mắc trong chuyền may.
Method Improvement
* Research sewing methods and motion studies to improve work efficiency./ Nghiên cứu phương pháp may, thao tác làm việc để cải thiện hiệu suất.
* Propose projects to increase productivity and eliminate waste (Lean manufacturing) in production./ Đề xuất các dự án tăng năng suất - giảm lãng phí trong sản xuất.
Production Performance Analysis
* Monitor and analyze the efficiency and productivity of all sewing lines./ Theo dõi và phân tích efficiency, productivity của các chuyền may.
* Recommend corrective actions and improvement solutions when productivity targets are not met./ Đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến khi năng suất không đạt mục tiêu.
Team Management & Development
* Directly manage and assign tasks to IE/SMV staff./ Quản lý, phân công công việc cho nhân viên IE/SMV.
* Train and develop the professional competencies of the IE team./ Đào tạo và phát triển năng lực cho đội ngũ IE.
