Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for class instruction and activities.
- Deliver lessons with effective methods to meet students' needs and interests for the requirements of IGC School curricula.
- Establish classroom expectations; observe and evaluate student performance; promote and develop students' academic, personal, and social development in and beyond the classroom.
- Make assessments:
• Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly assessments to track student progress closely.
• Write detailed and insightful comments on student work at the end of each academic term.
- Develop professional collaboration with co-teachers and other team members in implementing effective planning, teaching, and assessing practice, as well as other related work.
- Attend professional meetings, professional development training, school events, and perform other job-related duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree of Education/ Teaching
• English language teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL).
• At least 03 years of teaching experience.
• Experience of teaching the Cambridge curriculums is preferable.
• Demonstrable ICT skills related to teaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
WORKING HOUR:
• Maximum 100 teaching hours/month.
• Monday to Friday: from 7.00 AM to 5.00 PM (may vary on different campus)
