import-export cum Purchasing Officer

*** Import-Export:
• Complete import-export procedures and documents for goods such as: Sales contracts, shipping documents, import-export documents, payment procedures, goods delivery and handover procedures.
• Customs procedures, customs declarations
• Collect RoHS of raw materials from suppliers for storage and information to related departments
• Make norms, synthesize data and run data at the end of each month to check the norms of raw material use at the factory and adjust accordingly
• Prepare reconciliation reports and transmit Ecus to submit Customs annually
• Manage and monitor orders and contracts. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
*** Purchasing:
• Perform trading activities, search for, negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers.
• Plan and balance inventory materials + production requirements to purchase goods from domestic and foreign suppliers
• Control inventory and Air import according to KPI
• Track orders, contact the shipper to ensure the delivery schedule according to requirements, track the progress of goods arrival, quality and quantity
• Collect RoHS of raw materials from suppliers for storage and information to related departments
