Regularly check emails to control work related to certificates.
To prepare freight documents for exports and imports by air and sea.
Issuing orders and bill of lading to customers after receiving confirmation that the customer has paid from the Public Accountant.
Take debit notes from shipping lines to get on the set of documents as the top of the file, proceed to rotate the file head to the Accounting Department to carry out the collection of expenditures.
Monitor the shipping process of shipments until the goods are delivered or received at the port.
Update the number of files of the month on the 29th of each month.
Maintain and create good relationships with all of the Company's designated customers and develop other shipments of this designated customer.
Take responsibility for working well to maintain and develop the company's dealer system inside and outside the association.
Receiving requests for quotes and services from agents, designated customers and sales staff. Conduct work, interact with other departments to provide the best, most effective service to the agent, to the designated customer and to the sales staff.
Update changes in surcharge, charges and customs procedures for agents. Update the carrier's local charges.
Update the information of new agents and the company's dealer system.
Implement the periodic reporting regime in accordance with regulations, regulations of the company and requirements of the department.
