- Prepare and verify export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other related shipping documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure shipment schedules and quantities are accurate.
- Work closely with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange export shipments.
- Apply for C/O (Certificate of Origin) and handle any other export certificates or licenses as needed.
- Check export data and ensure consistency between Purchase Orders, invoices, and shipment records.
- Maintain and update export document files and database systems.
- Support the export team in handling issues or adjustments related to export documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in export documentation or international logistics (fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Chinese language ability is an advantage.
- Knowledge of export procedures and customs regulations is a plus.
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
