Mô tả công việc

Mô tả Công việc:
This role will manage and oversee all aspects of Import and Export operations
Export vision:
  • Check and confirm the type of export (E62 or B11) for first-time exports by inspecting the BOM in SAP.
  • Based on product availability, vessel schedule, work with Agent and customs team to get booking (DG forms, LOI)
  • Work with customer and Agent to release final CO, BL
  • Courier document to customer
  • Inform finance to issue VAT invoice timely
  • Verify and confirm Customs Declarations.
  • Maintain accurate records of the BOM and import types in the Daily Tracking file for Customs Report management.
  • Send Requests for Quotation for monthly export services, collect and compare prices, and select qualified suppliers.
  • Review and confirm the monthly expense report, processing procurement payments in SAP.
  • Collaborate with other departments on tasks such as accrual expense reporting and landing cost calculations, etc.
Import vision:
  • Check and confirm draft shipping documents.
  • Note and track incoming shipments, ensuring timely requests for related documents from Shipping Agents and Shippers.
  • Forward complete documentation to Customs Brokers, provide necessary support, and ensure timely completion of Customs procurements and delivery to the warehouse.
  • Verify import types for first-time imports, HS codes, and chemical declarations.
  • Work with other departments on HS code consultations, import taxes, and Customs procurements.
  • Review and confirm the monthly expense report.
  • Process vendor payments, including advance payments, tracking payments, and document collection.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including Advance Payment Report, GIT Report, General Report, and Quality Report, etc.
Custom report:
  • Control and manage Input-Output-Inventory of RM, PM, and FG.
  • Verify data accuracy in systems such as SAP and Ecus.
  • Inspect and address gaps in data and calculate the Norm.
Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager (if any)

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Import-Export and Logistics.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new things.
  • Strong knowledge of customs laws, regulations related to chemicals, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
  • Proficient in using Ecus and SAP systems.
  • Good in problem solving and decision making
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese
  • Good in working in group, independent working ability, good in analysis thinking.
  • Excellence in Excel, Carefulness, Honesty, Tidiness.
