Manage import operations by coordinating payments related to freight, logistics, and import duties, while ensuring timely import permit applications and regulatory compliance for imported products, including animal-origin goods (e.g., infant formula ingredients, chicken powder, etc.).
***MAIN DUTIES:
• Coordinate payments for import duties, ocean freight, and inland logistics charges.
• Manage import tax settlements for finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and machinery.
• Process PO and invoice-related activities to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Coordinate import permit applications for animal-origin products.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers to ensure smooth import operations.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1+ year of experience in Import/Export Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, FTAs, Rules of Origin, and HS Code classification.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with customs clearance, import permits, freight forwarding, or SAP is a plus.
