A. Research & Evaluating suppliers: Research, gather information, and conduct preliminary evaluations of suppliers in the industry.
Screen potential suppliers based on the Company's criteria (quality, price, capacity, reputation).
Coordinate with the Technical Department to evaluate models and quality of the sample product.
B. Ordering & Order Management: Monitor inventory, propose orders based on safe inventory levels and demand from the Sales Department.
Negotiate contract terms (price, discounts, payment terms, delivery terms).
Mainly responsible to place orders.
Update supplier and order information on the Bravo system.
Prepare payment documents and procedures for suppliers in accordance with company regulations.
Provide payment documents to the Bank and the Finance & Accounting Department as required.
C. Order Tracking: Monitor production and delivery progress. Alert to risks affecting delivery time.
Inspect and confirm new products or products requiring changes/improvements before loading.
Execute or coordinate vessel bookings.
Send container loading instructions to suppliers.
Receive and check import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, CO - Certificate of Origin, CQ - Certificate of Quality, etc.).
D. Operational Coordination & Issue Handling: Provide requirements and necessary information to be displayed on packaging and labels.
Update product change information.
Track goods delivery to warehouse.
Track and handle defective or missing goods according to the approved plan.
Report excess costs or disputes.
Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Import-Export, International Business, Business English, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in an Import/Overseas
Purchasing experience, especially in machinery and equipment.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier negotiation.
Knowledgeable about import procedures.
Foreign language: Proficient in English (able to attend interviews in English).
Proficient in Excel and work management software.
Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible at work.
Working time: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Saturday morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
Working location: 24 Ben Cat Street, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
