Import-Export Specialist

We are looking for a collaborative individual to play an integral role in ensuring the operations of the Sup-ply Chain, the RRC Group. We are searching for an Import-Export Specialist who organizes and overseas the shipment of raw material and products to domestic and international locations, follow shipping, insur-ance, import and export documents, track delivery and receipt of goods and ensure that they are on schedule with the correct quantity. You take care of the entire import/export declaration, customs clear-ance and declaration, define HS codes and perform the customs declaration.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Draft shipping documents
• Issue packing list and commercial invoice
• Handle customs declarations and prepare customs statistical reports
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments on transportation matters
• Monitor shipping schedules and shipment status for both import and export cargo
• Send pre-alerts and communicate with overseas partners and other related parties
• Manage and control all shipping documents (CO, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Track and trace air shipments; update schedules to involved departments
• Prepare reports (daily, weekly, handling reports, etc.)
• Assist with customs and sea/trucking procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
ACTING AUTHORITY
• Prepare and complete procedures and documents for import and export of goods
• Coordinate with forwarder to ensure transport schedules and track them
